Your room takes shape in 3D. You see the direction, from layout and cabinets to counters and finishes, while changes are still easy to make, and decisions get tested on screen instead of on site.

Plan
Scope, materials, and decisions are organized before execution. You receive a written scope and proposal and review it before your first payment. Nothing gets built until you approve the plan.

Construction follows the plan you approved. Skilled trades do their part; Anchor & Grain coordinates the work and the communication, so you always know what was decided, what comes next, and who to call.

The last details are finished to the standard the project was planned around, and we close with a final walkthrough together. Your 2-year workmanship warranty is in your contract, in writing.

If a cabinet door comes loose or anything we installed doesn't hold the way it should, and it's covered workmanship under your written warranty, we come back and make it right at no cost to you, according to the terms in your contract. The warranty covers our work, our installation, and our craftsmanship, for two years from the day your project is complete.
What's covered
Workmanship and installation. If something we built or installed fails because of how we built or installed it, it's covered. We come back and fix it.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear. Damage from use, accidents, or modifications made after the project closes. Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties (we'll point you to the right contact). Work done by others after we complete the project.

For most kitchens, the construction phase takes 1-2 weeks. Planning and material production happen before that, so your home is not disrupted the same way until construction begins.
What if I don't like the 3D kitchen design?
That is exactly what the 3D phase is for. You see your project in 3D and review your written proposal before your first payment. If something is not right, we adjust it on screen before construction starts.
Do you guarantee your work, and are you insured?
Yes. Our workmanship is backed by a two-year warranty on labor and installation, and we carry general liability insurance. Warranty terms are written into your contract.
